Make sure to give yourself time after the baby! You may be surprised. Some people just drop all of the baby weight right away, especially if you are nursing. That burns tons of calories. But go easy on yourself. It takes nine months to gain baby weight, don't expect it to be gone overnight. That is completely different than just gaining weight because one is not taking care.

i'm planning to open a bakery with a friend who recently lost LOTS of weight when we move. it worries me because of her recent weight loss, and because of the 15 pounds i've GAINED since i quit smoking (plus the other 10 pounds i gained after i stopped working in the warehouse...)
